Texas Equity AI is an AI-powered property tax analysis platform that provides:
• Property valuation analysis using multiple data sources and AI models.
• Equity, market, and income approach comparisons aligned with Texas Property Tax Code.
• AI-generated evidence packets for Appraisal Review Board (ARB) hearings.
• Protest outcome predictions based on historical data.
3. User Accounts
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, AI models, design, and content, is owned by Texas Equity AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Texas Equity AI does not guarantee that property valuations, protest predictions, or evidence packets will result in a successful tax protest. Our analysis is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Equity AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Equity AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
12. Subscriptions & Billing
• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period and auto-renews until cancelled.
• You are responsible for all fees associated with your account, regardless of the outcome of any tax protest.
• We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor; we do not store your credit card information.
13. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via the "Manage Billing" portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, at which point your account will revert to the Starter (free) tier. One-time purchases are not subscriptions and do not require cancellation.
14. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital assets and data analysis, we do not provide refunds for one-time property analysis purchases or partial subscription months. In exceptional circumstances involving verified technical failures, we may issue a credit or refund at our sole discretion.
